first session



During your initial 90-minute session, we’ll take time to explore your personal history, current challenges, and goals in depth. Once we’ve built that foundation, we’ll move into a short, customized hypnosis session tailored specifically to you.

Think of this first session as an introduction. Your mind begins to shift as you become familiar with the process and increasingly comfortable with hypnosis. The goal here is to help your subconscious ease into the work and begin responding to suggestion in a safe, supportive way.

This session gently opens the door and prepares you for deeper work. Real change is already beginning here, and it sets the stage for your next session—where we’ll spend a full 60 minutes in hypnosis, focusing on strengthening new patterns, and reinforcing the changes you want to experience in your daily life.

second session & beyond

The second session and further sessions are where we do the deeper work.

By this point, your subconscious is familiar with the process allowing us to move directly into a fully customized 60-minute hypnosis session. The focus here is on reinforcing the shifts initiated during the previous session and integrating them in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

AUDIO RECORDING INCLUDED

Each session includes an audio recording of your hypnosis session so you can continue reinforcing the positive shifts and support your subconscious shifts between sessions.

You have the option for having a video recording of each session at an additional cost.

While many clients notice meaningful improvement after two sessions, committing to three or more sessions allows the work to deepen, helping to reinforce new mental patterns and support lasting change and overall well-being.
